Introduction Of Wood Plastic Flooring

Wood plastic flooring is a new type of environmentally friendly wood plastic composite material product. The wood phenol produced in the production process of medium and high density fiberboard is added with recycled plastics and made into wood plastic composite materials through granulation equipment, and then extruded into wood plastic flooring.
Basic information
The main materials of wood plastic outdoor flooring are PE and wood powder or bamboo powder. After adding additives and high-speed mixing, granulation is carried out, and then the granules are extruded into molded materials using an extruder. This type of flooring can be used for outdoor platforms such as garden landscapes and villas.
The national standard for wood plastic flooring is GB/T 24508-2020. This standard will be implemented from June 1, 2021
