Wood plastic panels are mainly made by mixing wood powder (such as waste wood and sawdust) with thermoplastic materials (such as polyethylene PE, polypropylene PP, etc.), and these two main raw materials themselves do not contain formaldehyde. In the manufacturing process, materials are usually pressed into shape using high temperature and high pressure, without the need to add formaldehyde containing adhesives or other chemicals.

During the production process of plastic wood flooring, UV absorbers and stabilizers can be added, which can absorb UV rays and convert them into harmless heat or other forms of energy, thereby reducing the damage of UV rays to plastics. This method can effectively extend the service life of plastic products.
