At every stage of WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) production, we implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure that every product delivered to our clients meets international standards of durability, performance, and aesthetics. Our quality management system is built on measurable standards, traceability, and continuous improvement.

Raw Material Inspection
We source high-grade raw materials, including:

Recycled plastic polymers (HDPE, PP)

Natural wood fibers or sawdust

Additives such as UV stabilizers, coupling agents, and colorants

Before production, all raw materials are tested for moisture content, particle size, and compatibility. Only qualified materials enter the extrusion process.

Formula Consistency
Our WPC products are manufactured using proprietary formulas optimized for outdoor performance, dimensional stability, and resistance to rot and fading. During mixing:

Formulations are weighed and blended with precision

Batch records are documented for traceability

Masterbatches are tested for uniform dispersion

Formula consistency ensures the mechanical properties of the final product remain stable over time.

Extrusion Process Control
Extrusion is the core of WPC production. We maintain strict control over:

Temperature settings across all zones

Screw speed and pressure regulation

Cooling calibration for dimensional accuracy

Technicians monitor in-line parameters and adjust in real-time to prevent defects such as bubbles, warping, or uneven surfaces.

Dimensional and Appearance Inspection
After extrusion, WPC boards or profiles are checked for:

Length, width, and thickness (±0.5 mm tolerance)

Straightness and flatness

Surface finish and color consistency

Pattern sharpness (for embossed or brushed surfaces)

Defective boards are immediately rejected and recycled.

Mechanical Testing
To validate structural performance, we conduct routine mechanical testing, including:

Flexural strength and modulus of elasticity

Impact resistance

Screw holding capacity

Nail withdrawal strength

These tests follow international standards such as ASTM D7031, EN 15534, or ISO 16616.

Weathering and UV Resistance
WPC products are designed for outdoor use. We simulate harsh conditions using:

Accelerated UV testing (QUV chambers)

Thermal cycling tests

Moisture absorption tests

Colorfastness and structural integrity are evaluated after exposure to verify resistance to fading, cracking, and swelling.

Fire and Slip Resistance Testing
Depending on customer requirements and market regulations, WPC decking and cladding may also be tested for:

Fire behavior (e.g., EN 13501-1 or ASTM E84)
