Wood Plastic Composite (WPC)
Composite fence: The composite fence is made of a mixture of wood fibers and plastic, and can present a wooden appearance without maintenance. It does not require painting or dyeing, and is resistant to fading, warping, and insects. Composite fences come in various styles and colors.
This type of wood plastic panel uses extrusion molding technology to produce co extruded wood plastic composite (WPC) fence panels. The polymer shielding layer of the wood plastic board uniformly and firmly covers the extruded core.
Co extrusion maintains the advantages of traditional wood plastic composite materials, such as mold and insect resistance, wear resistance, scratch resistance, stain resistance, and wind and rain resistance. However, some attributes are even better. Experimental data has shown that the wear resistance and scratch resistance of co extruded wood plastic panels are more than five times stronger than those of the first generation single extruded wood plastic fence panels.
The brand new horizontal 3D composite fence system features a maintenance free wood appearance. Easy installation! Just place it into the pillar and slowly insert it into the wooden board from above. The surface of the fence product has no visible screws, so it looks very smooth.
